“KusumKunj” - This is my first ever book in the printed
format. Dedicated to my Grandmother on her first death anniversary. It includes
12 poems and 1 short chapter.
It took total 3 days to complete right from
typing (Swati typed most of the poems in Marathi), cover designing, printing,
and binding. It was an nice experience
of knowing how the book is actually born.
Even though this won’t be printed in bulk as of now , I am
hoping that my next official book get published soon.
Waiting for publishers. Fingers crossed.
आजीच्या आयुष्याला अगदी तंतोतंत लागू पडतील अशा पाडगावकरांच्या ओली वाचल्या आणि वाटून गेलं असंच तर होतं माझ्या आजीचं आयुष्य.......!
अंगावर आसूड विजेचे,
झेलुनी घेती घन वर्षेचे.
सार्थक झाले कोसळण्याचे ,
तृषित धरित्री न्हाताना.
रडताच आलो येताना, पण हासत
जावे जाताना.
हासत हासत ज्योती जळली,
काळोखाची रात्र उजळली.
पहाट झाली तेव्हा नव्हती
,तेजोमय जग होताना.
